Quetzalcoatl is one of the Mesoamerican deities, "A Feathered Serpent", a god of wind and wisdom. Also he was in charge of the planet Venus, of the dawn, of merchants and of arts, crafts and knowledge. He was also the patron god of the Aztec priesthood, of learning and knowledge.Women worshipped Quetzalcoatl for he was a keeper of the peace at their homes, a guardian of the mothers-to-be, and the protector of the little girls. The haiku under the sleeping girl says:"To be or not to beIs a silly questionIf you ever been happy"
