Living With Art: Personal Consultations & Commissions
Your home tells a story. Over time, you discover where the morning light falls, which corners draw you in, and where you naturally gather with the people you love.
And sometimes, even after years of living in a space, you realize something is missing.
Choosing original art shouldn't feel intimidating. You don't need to know the perfect size, palette, or subject before beginning. That's where I come in.
I help you discover artwork that feels connected to your home, your experiences, and the way you want to feel in your space—whether that's a painting from my existing collection or something we create together.
Finding the Right Art for Your Space
Some spaces call for a quiet moment of reflection. Others invite color, movement, or a connection to a place you love.
When I visit a home, I begin by listening and observing. Where do you spend the most time? What do you see from your favorite chair? How does the light change throughout the day?
We look at proportions, placement, color, and the atmosphere you want to create.
The goal isn't simply to fill an empty wall. It's to find artwork that feels as though it belongs in your life.

How It Works

1. Let's Talk About Your Space

We begin with a conversation, either virtually or in person, about your home, your preferences, and the spaces you're considering for artwork. When appropriate, we can arrange a home visit to explore dimensions, light, and placement.

2. Explore the Possibilities
With a better understanding of your space, I'll suggest original paintings from my collection or discuss the possibility of creating a commissioned piece. We'll consider scale, orientation, palette, and subject matter together.

3. See What Feels Right
Whenever possible, we can arrange an in-home viewing of selected paintings, allowing you to experience how the artwork feels in your space before making a decision.
A Painting Created Just for You
Some places never leave us.

A street discovered while traveling. A coastline you return to in your imagination. The way sunlight touches a familiar building or reflects across the water.

Many of my commissions begin with a memory, a photograph, or a feeling that someone wants to preserve.

Rather than simply reproducing a location, I explore its atmosphere—the light, the colors, and the sense of being there.
Together, we can create an original painting that brings something deeply personal into your everyday surroundings.
