Retreats & Workshops

Creativity as a Practical Tool for Well-Being, Emotional Regulation, and Team Connection

Art instructor leading creative stress-reducing workshop at Plein-Air Art Academy, showcasing mindfulness through painting

Philosophy

Our corporate workshops are designed to meet work teams where they are—facing stress, burnout, overload, and endless cycles of problem-solving—by offering guided creativity as a practical reset rather than just an activity. These sessions help participants slow down, regulate their nervous systems, restore focus, and reconnect with themselves and each other through accessible creative practice.

Led by artist, educator, and facilitator Diana Stelin, each session uses simple, adaptable processes—such as painting, oil pastels, or clay—that emphasize process over product and presence over performance. No prior art experience is needed. The workshops introduce strategies for emotional regulation, resilience, and authentic engagement that extend beyond the session itself into daily work rhythms.

Whether you’re gathering teams for a Lunch & Learn, team building, offsite, or retreat, each experience can be fully customized to your goals and group dynamics. We work closely with you to select formats, materials, and session structure that best support your objectives and culture.

Trusted By Professional Organizations

Diana has led workshops for teams at Google, Deloitte, Ropes & Gray, Brigham and Women’s, AstraZeneca, State Street, and more—cultivating experiences that feel both restorative and engaging.

"For 3+ years I have partnered with Diana to host dozens of interactive art workshops for our Google employees - and the series has been a smashing success! From fall foliage to cherry blossoms to garden landscapes, Diana crafts captivating themes for each class that reflect the New England seasonal inspiration and our groups' interests. With every workshop, Diana engages and instructs our Googler with carefully crafted content, patience, and expertise - her investment in the development of each participant is evident in her ability to always allow time for 1:1 coaching and questions. We receive glowing accolades with requests to host more workshops each time - and we have many repeat participants! I highly recommend that business or individuals work with Diana to host these enriching art workshops."

"I have participated in Diana's presentation about 'Art in Your Home' and found it both engaging and helpful in thinking about how to select art for our house as well as how to position it in the best possible way. I would highly recommend her presentation for anyone interested in learning more about art collecting and making their home more unique through art."

"Relaxing, recharging, and a fun and unique way to come together and build engagement within the team!"

"Enjoyable, experimental (since I've never done any form of guided painting), engaging, and liberating in the sense of just letting go and being present."

"I admire the expression Diana achieves through her energized marks. They animate each painting and really bring them to life. They are very well painted and capture not just an interesting cross between the actual and the abstracted, but really provide a sense of place with quite positive energy.”

President at Erdreich White Fine Art, Inc.

"Her sense of color and tone rivals that of the Modern Masters.  Her compositions flirt with fantasy yet somehow keep two feet planted firmly on the ground."

"So grounding! All the while the wind is blowing in so many directions and there is such fervor in every day these days - but the center is there holding it all together! Art can give strength. This is proof."
